I tried to use photoshop this morning and it refuses to open....so i tried to uninstall then reinstall
but
it keeps saying its open when its not.....
what can i do to fix this?? i cant draw anything unless its in paint XC or sai [ dont know how to use sai right] so my art is at a compleate stand still...........
help...........

Ok. Got in to your task manager. If you don't know how to do this you get there by pressing
Control + alt + delete all at the same time on your keyboard
Eather a box will pop up or a menu. You may have to silect it from the menu
When the window pops up
Look for the prosses tab. Look for and close any prosses that have PhotoShop In them.
Then try your uninstall.
